Vivo has recently announced its new affordable smartphone, the Vivo Y91i in Nepal. It is the latest addition to the Y series of smartphones that features a waterdrop notch on the front. The Vivo Y91i is a toned-down variant of the Y91 and it is priced at Rs.20,990 in Nepal. It will be available in Starry Night and Ocean Blue color options.
Speaking of its specifications, the Vivo Y91i boasts a 6.22-inch FullView HD+ IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels, 19:9 aspect ratio and a screen-to-body of 88.6%. In the inside, it is powered by an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 chipset, coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 256GB. Under the hood, it houses a 4030mAh non-removable battery. On the software front, it runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with FunTouch OS 4.5 on top. The smartphone includes a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
As for the cameras, it packs a dual camera setup at the rear, which combines a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it comes with an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with f/1.8 aperture and AI Face Beauty technology.
