OTTO just launched its new budget smartphone Frank Dual in Nepal. The new phone entered Nepali market via Jaima Intercontinental Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of OTTO smartphones in Nepal. Priced at Just Rs.9,996 the phone boasts a fingerprint scanner as well as a Dual Rear Cameras.
The new budget phone houses a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The company has also included 2.5D curved glass into the device. Inside, the phone runs on a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek 6580 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage that can be further expanded up to 64GB via MicroSD card. The phone is backed up by a 2,200mAh battery and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The fingerprint sensor is mounted on the front side of the phone. Coming at such a low price you’ll also get Smart gesture control and LED notification light.
In the optics department, the Frank Dual features a Dual (8MP + 2MP) rear camera with Sony IMX lens and Dual- LED flash. The Dual Camera will let you capture Bokeh Effect pictures. On the front, you get a 2-megapixel selfie shooter.

Verdict
Despite being a budget phone, the OTTO Frank Dual packs a dual rear camera setup and comes with a metal unibody design. The phone doesn’t look and feel cheap by any means. So, in case if you are looking for an extremely affordable handset, the OTTO Frank Dual could be a great choice.
