The device is rumored to be backed up by a 3,800mAH battery with Qualcomm Quick-Charge 4 and will be shipped with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. Moreover, the handset will offer IP67 certified water and dust protection. As per reports, HMD Global might ditch the old 3.5mm headphone jack in favor of USB Type-C port.
In the Optics, the handset will feature a 12MP dual-camera setup with Carl-Zeiss optics and on the front, there will be a 12MP front-facing camera for taking selfies.

Now coming back to the Nokia 8(2018), it is most likely to share the similar hardware spec as that of previously launched Nokia 8. However, the design is expected to receive a complete overhaul. The upcoming Nokia 8 might come with slimmer-thin bezels or perhaps an 18:9 aspect ratio display. There are no specific reports on the pricing of the device yet but we can anticipate that the price will remain same as this year’s Nokia 8.
