HMD Global is gearing up to launch a brand new smartphone called Nokia 7 Plus at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018. As per reports, the Nokia 7 Plus is suggested to be an upgraded variant of the last year’s Nokia 7. A few days ago, the Nokia 7 Plus was spotted on the Geekbench listing with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor along with 4GB of RAM. And today we have even more information regarding its specifications. Now, let’s take a quick look at the final specs for the upcoming Nokia 7 Plus.
If rumors are to be believed, the Nokia 7 Plus would be the first Nokia phone to come with 18:9 aspect ratio display. As per recent leaks, it could feature a 6-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2160×1080 pixels. The aluminum unibody design is expected to be used in the Nokia 7 Plus. In terms of performance, it could be powered by the most powerful mid-range processor, the Snapdragon 660 processor clocked at 1.8GHz along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB onboard storage with support for microSD card. On the software front, it is expected to come with Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box. The smartphone will reportedly house a slightly larger battery than its predecessor that could come with fast charging. Also, the phone is rumored to be included with Nokia OZO 360 degree spatial audio technology.
In terms of Optics, the phone is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup with (12MP + 13MP) sensors with Carl Zeiss optics support and 2X optical zoom. And on the front, the smartphone may pack a 16MP sensor with Carl Zeiss lens and f/2.0 aperture.
