Yet another Micromax Canvas-series smartphone, the Canvas 1 has landed in Nepal. Micromax latest well-designed and feature enriched budget smartphone is available at the market price of Rs. 12,485. Canvas 1, with its boundless features is ready to compete against every other budget smartphone in the market. Micromax has placed its prime concern focusing on unique design.The smartphone is available in two color variants Matte Black and Chrome Black.
As per the specification, Canvas 1 sports a 2.5D, 5-inch screen with 1280 X 720 pixels display resolution. The handset is powered by a MediaTek MT6737, quad-core SoC clocked at 1.3GHz that is paired with a 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. The storage can be further expanded up to 32GB via dedicated MicroSD expansion slot. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) and the developers have not outsourced if the device will get any updates in future or not.
In the optical section, the smartphone comes with an 8 MP primary camera having dual-tone LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. This particular smartphone has not adapted the dual camera setup on the rear. A 5 MP selfie shooter with LED flash is tied up front. To withstand the phone’s durability, Canvas 1 is backed up by a 2500 mAh Li-ion battery that approximately lasts for 7 hours.
