Chinese manufacturer Meizu has recently uncovered three new smartphones in Nepal. All the three new smartphones were brought in Nepal through the courtesy of Chaudhary Group(CG) who claims to be the new authorized distributor of Meizu products in Nepal. The newly launched smartphones are Meizu Pro 7, M6, and M5.
Meizu Pro 7
Meizu Pro 7 is the top specced smartphone among the three. The smartphone flaunts an unusual dual screen, one being a 5.5-inch FHD Super AMOLED display while the other one has a 2-inch Super AMOLED display. The secondary screen on the back is used for displaying notifications, weather, time, music playback and many more. Inside, you’ll find MediaTek Helio P25 processor along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Backing up the device is 3,000mAh battery with mcharge 3.0 fast-charging. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Flyme 6 skin on top of it. As for the connectivity features, it offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3and USB Type-C.
On the camera front, it features a 12MP Sony IMX386 dual sensor which combines 12MP RGB sensor and 12MP Monochrome sensor. Furthermore, the rear camera also features f/2.0 aperture, 1.25-micron pixel size, PDAF and dual-tone LED flash. As for the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.
The Meizu Pro 7 comes with a price tag of Rs. 47,499 in Nepal.

Meizu M6
The Meizu M6 has a 5.2-inch HD display with a resolution of (720×1280) pixels and is further protected by 2.5D curved glass on top. Powering the device is an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor coupled with either 2GB/3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of inbuilt storage. The phone also supports memory expansion up to 256GB via a microSD card. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Flyme OS 6.0. The phone offers a 3070mAh battery.
In the optics department, it packs a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, and LED Flash. On the front, there’s an 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture for capturing selfies and video-calling.
As for the pricing, the 2GB RAM/ 16GB storage variant will cost you Rs. 18,199 while the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant will cost Rs. 19,499 in Nepal.
