Android O is Google’s Upcoming Android mobile operating system. The official release of Android O is not far away as Google has already launched fourth and final developer preview version of Android O for Pixel and Nexus devices. Some Reports are suggesting that the Android is most likely to be released on August 21 but again we haven’t heard any official word from Google yet. As we all know that Google Pixel and Pixel XL will be first in the lineup to receive the Android O update.

The reason for the delay is the customization of the MIUI which takes a considerable amount of time. What we know so far is Redmi Note 3 will not get the Android O update.

A report suggests, HTC’s latest flagship HTC U 11 will only be able to upgrade to Android O update. But for other phones, there is no any confirmation from HTC. So, as of now HTC U 11 is only considered on our list to get the Android O update. HTC U11 is expected to receive Android oreo update in Q4 2017.
Verdict
We haven’t got any confirmed information on phones from companies likes Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, ZTE etc. whether their devices will be getting the android O update or not. So, If we get any official confirmation we will be updating the list, so stay tuned for that.
