Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has today silently announced a new mid-range smartphone dubbed as Honor 10 Lite in China. As the name suggests, the Honor 10 Lite is the successor to the Honor 9 Lite and a toned down version of the Honor 10 flagship smartphone. The Honor 10 Lite comes with a starting price of CNY 1399 (approx USD 200 / NPR 23,035) for the base 4GB / 64GB Storage variant.
The Honor 10 Lite comes with all metal and glass design, giving it a very premium look. As for the specs, it has a 6.21-inch IPS LCD Full HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio and a screen resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. The phone also manages to bear an incredible 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. Underneath, it is powered by Huawei’s own HiSilicon 710 chipset clubbed with 4GB/6GB and 64GB/128GB internal storage. The device does support memory expansion via a MicroSD card up to 512GB. Under the hood, it houses a 3,400mAh battery with fast charging support. The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box with EMUI 9.0 Skin on top. Moreover, it also supports the new GPU Turbo 2.0 technology which aids to deliver a smooth mobile gaming experience.
In the camera department, the Honor 10 Lite sports a dual AI-Powered rear camera which includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, AIS and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor for AI portraits and AI scene detection. While, at the front, it comes with a 24MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video-calling

The Honor 10 Lite carries a price tag of CNY 2,599 for the 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant, while the 6GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB variant costs CNY 1,699 and CNY 1,899 respectively. The device comes in multiple color options- Gradient Blue, Gradient Red, Black, and White. The phone will go on sale in China starting November 22nd.
