After announcing the Huawei P20 last month, the company has today launched yet another flagship smartphone called the Huawei P20 Pro in Nepal. It is one of the most awaited smartphones of 2018, which comes with a revolutionary Leica triple camera setup at the back. Talking about the specs of the Huawei P20 Pro, it has a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED FullView display that offers a screen resolution of 2240×1080 pixels and a pixel density of 408ppi. The phone also has a notchUnderneath, the smartphone is powered by in-house HiSilicon Kirin 970 octa-core processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone is backed by a huge 4,000mAh battery under the hood with support for fast charging as well. As for the software, the phone has a front facing fingerprint scanner along with face unlock feature.
On the software front, it runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with EMUI 8.1 skin running on top. The phone offers stereo sound but misses out on the 3.5mm headphone jack. Moreover, it is also certified with the IP67 rating, making it resistant to water and dust. In terms of connectivity, it offers Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, Dual SIM, NFC and USB Type-C.
Coming to the camera, the Huawei P20 Pro is the first-ever smartphone to come with 3 cameras on the rear. This camera setup allows 5x hybrid zoom, background defocus effect and ISO 102400 light sensitivity. The camera sensors also offer Huawei AIS (AI Image Stabilization), laser auto-focus and slow-motion video recording at 960 fps. At the front, the phone comes with a 24-megapixel sensor with 3D portrait lighting, f/2.0 aperture, beautification and light fusion feature.
