At the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona, Energizer(Battery manufacturer company) has unveiled three new smartphones, namely the Energizer Power Max P16K Pro, the Power Max P490S, and the Energizer Hardcase H590S. All three smartphones feature similar 18:9 aspect ratio displays and come with four camera setup, two cameras on both front and back sides. However, the smartphone that caught everyone’s attention at the MWC was the Energizer Power Max P16K Pro which packs a humongous 16,000mAh battery.
Energizer Power Max P16K- Specifications
The Power Max P16K comes with a 5.99-inch Full HD+ IPS display with screen resolution of 1080×2160 pixels along with 18:9 aspect ratio. Internally, it runs on MediaTek Helio P25 octa-core chipset clubbed with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which is expandable via a MicroSD card. Under the hood, it is backed up by a massive 16,000mAh non-removable battery with fast charging support. As per the company claims, the smartphone offers five days of battery life and a standby time of up to 40 days. Surprisingly, it can be fully charged in just 90 minutes via Power Delivery using a USB-C cable. On the software front, it runs on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box. Connectivity options include: Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type-C, and GPS/ A-GPS. The smartphone is available in black color only.
As far as cameras are concerned, it features a dual camera setup at the back with a combination a 16-megapixel and 13-megapixel sensor aided by dual-tone dual LED flash and PDAF. On the front, it also comes with a Dual (13MP + 5MP) camera setup.
