The U11 Plus is embedded with the IP68 rating which maximizes the phone’s survival under water. The unique feature of this phone is its squeezable frame that enables Alexa and Google Assistant upon a soft squeeze.
Aside from the design, the HTC’s latest smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with variants of 4/6 GB RAM and 64/128 GB storage on board. The phone also supports storage expansion via MicroSD slot. The major improvement in this flagship phone is a 3930mAh battery tied with Quick Charge 3.0 alongside 2 available power saving modes.

Taking a look in the camera section, HTC has not adopted the dual camera setup on the back as most of the smartphones nowadays do. The HTC U11 Plus optics on the rear is featured with 12 MP with f/1.7 aperture and 3 sensors UltraPixel. As in front, there is an 8 MP selfie shooter. The fingerprint sensor is attached to the back of the phone. The phone runs on the latest android version 8.0 Android Oreo.

The HTC U11 Plus comes in three color variants: Ceramic Black, Amazing Silver, and Translucent Black. As for now the only color option available is Translucent Black. Europe and Asia are more likely to have the phone in hand first. The phone is set to release on November 20 for purchase around Europe costing approximately £699 and €799. The phone will hit the market in Asia shortly. The HTC U11 Plus price in Nepal is estimated to be around NRs. 96000.
